iSLAYERS DEPOSIT POLICY: PLEASE READ

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our abilities.

However, due to the nature of our services, we have a strict cancellation and refund policy in place.

A 50% DEPOSIT of your service cost is required to confirm this appointment. This deposit will go towards the appointment and the outstanding paid in studio. Once DEPOSIT is made AND we have confirmed payment your appointment is FULLY SECURED.

FULL REFUND

We understand that the most unpredictable things can happen which can result in cancellations. If and only IF cancellations are made within 8 hours of making the appointment, will your deposit be refunded.
NO REFUND

If a cancellation is requested after the 8-hour window has passed, the deposit becomes non-refundable. This policy ensures that our resources are utilized efficiently and fairly.
MODIFICATION

In case you need to modify your booking, we encourage you to reach out to us as soon as possible. Depending on availability and the nature of the modification, we will do our best to assist you. Any modifications, however, may impact the final service cost.
Process for requesting a refund

To request a refund for a qualifying cancellation, please follow these steps: 1)Contact our Customer Service team by texting (876)470-4017

2)Provide your booking details, service type, and the reason for cancellation.

3) No Refund on ANY services. We will however work with client closely to assure every avenue is explored to fix any issues.

If the cancellation is within the 8-hour window, our team will initiate the refund process.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the deposit. Please allow 1-2 business days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on Your BANK.
LATE POLICY

In case of delay we’ll keep your “seat” for 15 minutes, after that you’ll lose your priority.
