10% of your service fee is donated to Non Profit Org- SISTERS BEAUTY & WELLNESS TRANSITIONAL CENTER. Deposits will not be refunded under any circumstances. If a client chooses to make full payment in advance and later cancels their appointment, only 50% of the total payment will be refunded. The remaining balance covers reserved appointment time and business loss due to cancellation. By booking an appointment, clients agree to these terms.
